Built from the bottom up, Depth Perception Film was Founded.

In 2018, I was working a beach job in Pompano Beach, Florida. Day after day, I watched waves carry plastic, garbage, and debris onto the shoreline. The place I loved most was slowly becoming overwhelmed by pollution, and with it came a growing sense of sadness, frustration, and helplessness.
Eventually, I realized that simply hoping things would change wasn’t enough. If I wanted to make a difference, I needed to contribute in the way I knew best. That was the moment I discovered the power of film. A way to educate, inspire, and bring attention to the stories that needed to be seen.

Shortly afterward, I made the decision to leave during my first semester of college, I knew my path wasn’t sitting in a classroom. It was out in the world, telling stories that could create awareness and inspire change. That decision marked the beginning of HHFilms & Photo. I immersed myself in underwater filmmaking and photography, spending countless days in the ocean and countless nights refining the craft of cinematography and editing. Every project became an opportunity to improve—not only technically, but creatively and personally. I was dedicated to promote practical change.

From 2019 to 2022, I had the privilege of collaborating with individuals and organizations around the world, using film to support ocean conservation efforts. Those experiences expanded my perspective in ways I never expected.
Traveling, meeting people from different cultures, and witnessing so many unique stories taught me that the greatest transformations often begin beneath the surface.

By 2022, something had shifted within me…
